Job Overview
The Project Coordinator is a central member of the CAFO Research Center's team, responsible for keeping projects moving from start to finish. This is not just scheduling meetings — it's managing timelines, coordinating virtual events, delivering digital content, and ensuring resources are published on time and at the highest quality. You'll work across multiple Research Center programs — from launching or revising eCourses to coordinating translations for global audiences — using tools like Google Suite, Zoom Events, Canva, and Hive to keep everyone aligned and on track. Your proactive organization and hands-on execution will directly advance CAFO's mission to equip leaders serving vulnerable children and families worldwide.

Job Description
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Project Coordination (50%) ● Track project deliverables, timelines, and progress for multiple Research Center programs ○ Coordinating project stakeholder involvement and communication ● Coordinate logistics for virtual events and webinars using Zoom Events, as well as in-person events such as the OVC Applied Research & Best Practice Symposium and occasional Center retreats ● Serve as the primary liaison with translation contractors (Spanish and other languages) to manage workflow, deadlines, and quality ● Manage the design queue and participate in production calls ● Assist in communication, technology support, and program monitoring for various programs ● Support revision and maintenance of courses and other resources ● Coordinate resource uploads, translations, and web placement digital content for programs Administrative Support(30%) ● Manage the Research Center email and provide timely support for inquiries ● Work with external stakeholders to ensure materials are accurate, accessible, and on time ● Track Research Center resource usage and compile usage reports ● Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors as needed ● Schedule and document remote team meetings, capturing action items and ensuring follow-through Team & Resource Support(20%) ● Prepare materials and coordinate communication with key stakeholders ● Maintain organized digital files, documents, and team resources ● Track book sales and manage order fulfillment for books and physical resources ● Assist with process documentation and resource organization ● Occasionally review resources prior to publishing ● Step in for "all hands on deck" needs that arise in a lean, remote team

● Relational sincerity and warmth, with the ability to earn trust from co-workers and stakeholders ● Strong computer literacy and ability to learn various software and web-based programs ● Effective verbal and written communication skills ● Excellent attention to detail and follow-through ● Willingness to conquer a variety of tasks large and small, understanding that each contributes to the vision. ● Child welfare experience, international experience, Spanish fluency, and remote working experience are preferred.
