The applicant should be trained in church revitalization and or church replanting. The church is in a time of transition. They own property that is paid for, and they plan to relocate in the future to the fastest-growing area of Cabarrus County. The pastor must be a strong leader with the ability to take a congregation of 50-60 to new heights. This is an opportunity of a lifetime for a God called pastor with a desire to grow a great church.
