MBCH Children & Family Ministries is seeking a Full-Time Direct Support Professional / Residential Care Specialist- Live In at our Branches at Brookline location, in Springfield, MO.

We provide loving and compassionate direct care to developmentally disabled adults. We are looking for a candidate to assist in caring for our residents. The residents at The Branches are able to care for themselves and they work daily at a sheltered workshop. Our Direct Support Processional / Residential Care Specialists provide a safe and structured environment which they help to create by modeling Christian values.

Primary Position Responsibilities:

• Positive relationships with clients and team members
• Safety and health of clients under immediate supervision
• Assisting in keeping home safe, clean, and comfortable
• Regulatory compliance
• Faith sharing and daily devotions with clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications Required to Perform this Position
• Assurance of a Christ-centered life
• High school diploma; college degree in Social Services (or related) preferred
• Be 21 years of age at minimum
• Demonstrate capacity to perform well in stressful situations
• Valid Class E Driver License Required
• Successful completion of any initial and recurrent training required

Compensation Package for Full-Time Employees Includes:
