School Pastor (Assistant Pastor)

Job Description:

Seven Rivers Church is seeking an Assistant Pastor to provide oversight to our largest and most complex ministry, Seven Rivers Christian School, currently consisting of 700+ students and their families (growing to 900 in the next 3 years). He will work in coordination with the Headmaster to advance the mission and vision of SRCS, with a particular focus on fostering spiritual formation and maintaining gospel culture. As well, he will participate in the broader life of the church through pastoral duties as assigned (funerals, weddings, preaching, projects), especially when school is not in session.

Position Qualifications:

• Master of Divinity from a qualified Seminary • Ordained/ordainable in the PCA • Experience working in ministry with children, students, and adults • Experience with/exposure to/knowledge about Christian Education preferred • Congruence with SRC/SRCS mission, vision, and core values
