Bivocational Pastor Wanted – Barrett's Creek Southern Baptist Church

Barrett's Creek Missionary Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking the man God has called to serve as our next Senior Pastor.

We are a Christ-centered, Bible-believing Southern Baptist congregation dedicated to spreading the Gospel, discipling believers, and serving our community. We desire a pastor with a shepherd's heart who is faithful to God's Word and committed to leading both spiritually and prayerfully while balancing ministry with outside employment.

Salary

Beginning annual salary – $6000 – $6500.

Biblical Qualifications (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:7-9):

A man called of God, above reproach, temperate, self-controlled, and hospitable.

Able to teach and defend the truth of Scripture.Not given to greed or anger, but gentle and patient in spirit.A man of prayer who leads by example in faith and integrity.Expectations:

Preach and teach the Word of God (2 Timothy 4:2).Provide pastoral care to the congregation (1 Peter 5:2-3).Lead with humility, seeking God's will for the church's growth and outreach.Lead with deacons and members to strengthen the mission and ministries of the church.About Our Church:

Barrett's Creek Baptist Church has a strong heritage of faith and fellowship, with a history of planting strong churches. We long for a shepherd who will encourage us to walk faithfully with Christ and equip us to reach the lost. We are in a season of renewal, looking for God's man to help rebuild this church.
