Senior Pastor – Barwick Baptist Church

Location: Barwick, Georgia

Job Description:

Barwick Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a Christ-centered, biblically grounded Senior Pastor to lead our

congregation in spiritual growth, discipleship, and community outreach. The ideal candidate will faithfully preach the

Word of God, shepherd the church family, and provide visionary leadership in accordance with the teachings of Jesus

Christ.

Responsibilities:

– Preach and teach the Bible with clarity and conviction

– Provide pastoral care and spiritual leadership to the congregation

– Lead worship services, ordinances, and special services

– Equip and encourage church members for ministry and outreach

– Work with church leadership to cast vision and guide ministry efforts

– Represent the church within the Barwick community and beyond

Qualifications:

– A degree in theology, ministry, or a related field or significant experience serving as a Senior Pastor

– A clear testimony of personal faith in Jesus Christ

– Strong communication, leadership, and pastoral care skills

– A heart for evangelism, discipleship, and community engagement
