Belvedere Baptist church is a traditional muti-ethnic, multi- generational Southern Baptist church located in West Palm Beach, Florida. We are prayerfully seeking a man of God to be a full-time pastor. The church has an average attendance of 75 on Sunday mornings. We also have a Sunday evening service and a midweek fellowship on Wednesdays with adult/ youth activities.

Qualifications.

Possess qualifications stated in 1 Tim.3:1-7, Titus 1: 5-9. And 1 Peter 5: 1-4.

Ordained and Licensed.

Preferably a Southern Baptist minister.

Supports the Baptist faith and message (version 2000)

Effective inter personal skills and experience in leadership and managing staff.

Experience in preaching, teaching, counselling and leading others to Christ.

Pastoral care:

Officiates at Lord's Supper, Baptisms, weddings and funerals.

Provides all forms of counseling (premarital, spiritual, personal and family).

Maintains church office hours for the benefit of all members/non- members and the related business of the church.

Compensation:

The church offers annual compensation packages negotiated by the Deacons and Stewardship committee based on the candidate's qualification and experience.
