Bluff Hall EFC, a rural congregation committed to growing in Christ and sharing His love, is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor. We are a loving, Bible-centered community in the EFCA tradition, focused on biblical teaching, worship, discipleship, and outreach to impact Payson and beyond.
Job Description
**Responsibilities:** – Preach and teach the Word of God faithfully. – Provide pastoral care, counseling, and leadership. – Oversee church programs, staff, and volunteers. – Foster community outreach and fellowship.
**Qualifications:** – Master's degree in divinity or equivalent. – 5+ years pastoral experience preferred. – Alignment with EFCA Statement of Faith. – Passion for rural ministry and relational leadership.
