Senior Pastor – Bridge Community Church
Bridge Community Church, an independent rural church is actively seeking to identify the next pastor God has called to serve and lead as the current pastor prepares to retire in May of 2025.
In brief:
- The successful candidate to be Senior Pastor will be responsible provide spiritual leadership and oversight for the congregation.
- This will include:
- Pastoral care and counseling
- Visitation
- Office administration
- The Senior Pastor has primary responsibility for the weekly sermon on Sunday mornings.
- This individual will also provide oversite to staff and volunteers.
- The pastor is answerable to the Board of Elders.
