Cooper Avenue Baptist Church in Yuba City, California is looking for a full-time senior pastor who has experience with or a willingness to help with church growth. Currently, our average church attendance on Sunday mornings is approximately thirty people. We have a sanctuary that seats 160 people and over a dozen classrooms for Sunday School and other activities. In support of our local community, we have a Slavic Baptist congregation that uses our sanctuary and facilities on Sunday afternoons for their services. We also have a small Hispanic congregation that meets in our fellowship hall while we are holding our Sunday morning worship services in the sanctuary. In addition, we support the local Boy Scout troop who meets in Benedict Hall on Thursday evenings.
