We are seeking God's man to lead our church as senior pastor. We are located in a competitive urban environment with a substantial and diverse mission field, and a strong physical plant with rich history. Our preferred candidate should adhere to the biblical qualities stated in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9. He should have an authentic Christ-centered life and outlook, a genuine love for all people, and a heart for missions.

Position requirements:

• Seminary degree (Master's or greater preferred)
• Experience in a pastoral role
• Supports the Baptist Faith and Message

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging sermons, both with an expository approach and application to modern life
• Offer spiritual counseling, pastoral care, and discipleship
• Act as overshepherd for church staff
• Lead church programs, ordinances, and business meetings
• Work with church leadership to cultivate local and global outreach and missions
