Responsibilities:

• provide leadership in every phase of church ministry in accordance with scripture
• Proclaim the Word of God in regular pulpit ministry
• Lead the pastoral/ church staff and members in a caring ministry for persons in the church and the community
• Provide leadership and vision for the church

Requirements:

• Ordained minister of the Gospel and of Southern Baptist churches
• Masters degree in Pastoral Ministries, Divinity, Church Education, or an equivalent degree from an accredited seminary
• Ten (10) years of documented church pastoral experience
• Demonstrate a commitment to expository preaching
