Responsibilities:
- provide leadership in every phase of church ministry in accordance with scripture
- Proclaim the Word of God in regular pulpit ministry
- Lead the pastoral/ church staff and members in a caring ministry for persons in the church and the community
- Provide leadership and vision for the church
Requirements:
- Ordained minister of the Gospel and of Southern Baptist churches
- Masters degree in Pastoral Ministries, Divinity, Church Education, or an equivalent degree from an accredited seminary
- Ten (10) years of documented church pastoral experience
- Demonstrate a commitment to expository preaching
