Faith Baptist Church of Lake Placid, Florida is currently seeking a Senior Pastor. We are a prayer focused, loving church with average attendance during our Sunday Morning of 80.
The Pastor being led by the Holy Spirit shall be shepherd of the congregation. The Pastor is responsible for leading the Church to function as a New Testament Church. The Pastor is to lead the congregation, the organization, and the Church staff to perform their tasks. The Pastor is the spiritual leader and overseer of the congregation and is to provide administrative leadership for the total church program. The pastor is to counsel and seek advice from the active Deacons in all matters pertaining to the welfare and work of the Church.
