First Baptist Church is actively searching for the Senior Pastor whom God has chosen to shepherd us into the future. First Baptist is located in a rural community 40 miles north of Green Bay, WI. We are a growing, family-oriented, multi-generational congregation of 160 regular attendees with a strong foundation of over 100 years of ministry. Our church supports several missionaries and a local, self-sufficient K4-12 Christian school.
Job Description
First Baptist needs a dynamic and visionary man to lead us and complete our staff, which includes an associate/youth pastor and an administrative assistant. His gifting will include expository preaching and teaching of God's Word. He will have a heart for shepherding God's people, discipleship, evangelism, and missions, and he will possess biblical counseling skills. Qualifications include having a degree in pastoral studies or similar.
