First Baptist Church of Spring Hope is prayerfully seeking a full-time Lead Pastor to provide biblical preaching, spiritual leadership, and compassionate shepherding to our congregation. We are a loving, multi-generational church located in eastern North Carolina with a strong desire to reach our community for Christ.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a clear calling to pastoral ministry, a deep commitment to God's Word, and the ability to lead and equip believers in discipleship and outreach. Seminary education and pastoral experience are preferred.
