Senior Pastor

First Baptist Church of Marion, IL, seeks a dedicated and compassionate Senior Pastor to lead and shepherd our rural congregation. The Senior Pastor will preach and teach the Word of God, provide spiritual guidance, and lead the church in fulfilling its mission and vision. The ideal candidate will have a heart for rural ministry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to the principles and practices of the Southern Baptist Convention. We are a vibrant church. Active Music and Drama, Youth, Children, Senior Adult and Care Ministries. We strive to help others live a life dedicated to Jesus Christ.
