The congregations of First Presbyterian Church of Ballston Spa (PCUSA) and West Charlton United Presbyterian Church (PCUSA) are seeking a full-time pastor, available immediately, to serve both churches at 50% time each. This is a unique opportunity to shepherd two vibrant, welcoming communities in beautiful Saratoga County, New York, within the Presbytery of Albany.

First Presbyterian Church of Ballston Spa is located in the heart of a charming and revitalized village, just minutes from Saratoga Springs. This congregation is deeply committed to growing its ministry to meet the evolving needs of the surrounding community. With a welcoming spirit and progressive values, the church is focused on outreach, inclusivity, and serving as a compassionate voice in the village.

West Charlton United Presbyterian Church, nestled in the rural countryside of Saratoga County, has a long and faithful history of serving its neighbors. This congregation embraces its heritage while looking forward to what God is doing next. It is a church grounded in tradition, yet open to new ways of sharing Christ's love with the broader community.

Both churches are open, affirming, and inclusive, with a commitment to the teachings of Jesus Christ, social justice, and community engagement.

The successful applicant will be a passionate and dedicated spiritual leader who is:

• Grounded in biblical preaching and delivering inspiring, scripture-based sermons
• Actively engaged in the teachings and ministry of Jesus Christ
• Passionate about social justice and willing to engage the broader community on issues of compassion, equity, and inclusion
• Comfortable serving a shared ministry with two distinct, yet collaborative congregations
• A skilled communicator and pastor who meets people where they are in their spiritual journey
• Ordained in the Presbyterian Church USA preferred, or other "partner" denominations-Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Moravian Church, United Church of Christ, Reformed Church in America
