Qualifications:

Called to pastoral ministry and committed to the inerrancy and authority of the Scriptures. Graduated seminary school with at least 3 years of experience as a pastor preferred.Ordained in a Southern Baptist Church and conforms to the qualifications found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7.Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, financial awareness and responsibility, and effective administration skills to lead, manage, and organize the church staff.Possess proven character and integrity, maintain a vital personal relationship with the Lord through daily Bible study and prayer, and prioritize family at home. Exhibit a Godly balanced life.
