Job Description

We are seeking a full-time pastor to lead our congregation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities in accordance with biblical standards outlined in 1 Timothy 3:2-7, Titus 1:6-9, Exodus 18:19-23, and Acts 20:28. As per our understanding of scripture, the pastor should be male (1 Timothy 2:12 and 3:2-7). A clear calling to pastoral ministry, a deep knowledge and understanding of the Bible, and prior experience in ministry leadership are essential. A Master of Divinity (preferred) or related field from an accredited university or seminary is required.

Responsibilities:

• Preaching and teaching the Word of God with clarity and relevance
• Providing pastoral care and counseling to congregation members
• Leading or facilitating Bible studies, prayer meetings, and other activities that encourage spiritual growth
• Overseeing the administration and operations of the church in collaboration with the leadership team
• Engaging in community outreach and evangelism efforts to fulfill the Great Commission
