Job Description

Description: GBC is characterized by a body of believers that desires to walk by faith together in community life. We desire to honor God by living out His perfect word daily. We enjoy fellowshipping, sharing in life experiences, and growing in our faith together. We have around 20 families with the ages ranging from newborn to 80+. We have retired missionaries, retired pastors, and new and seeking converts.

A number of our congregants have attended Bible colleges, work in the community to spread the Gospel, and are active in Christian service. We are missions focused and are outward driven. We have the range from farmers to business professionals.

Governance: We are an Elder led church with significant contributions desired by the body.

Traits and Responsibilities: We are seeking a senior pastor that will minister to the individual needs of the body while creating a vision for spiritual growth in Word and Worship. We desire a pastor whose family will enjoy conversations after worship, breaking bread together, caring for and loving the body.
