Our church is active in various ministries, including community outreach, discipleship, and global missions. We are seeking a Senior Pastor who will lead us in fulfilling our mission and vision.

Job Description: Job Posting:Grace Life Community, affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, is committed to seeking the man God has selected for us as the next senior pastor of our church. A pastor that is faithful to teaching the Word of God with a scriptural world view is essential. Ultimately, the pastor we are seeking is a shepherd who can interact with people of all walks of life with love and compassion; and has a heart for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Preach and teach the Word of God with clarity, passion, and faithfulness to Scripture.Lead the congregation in prayer and spiritual growth.Provide pastoral care and counseling to church members Foster a culture of discipleship, equipping members to grow spiritually and identify their spiritual gifts.Lead and participate in evangelism efforts, both locally and globally.Oversee and support church ministries, including children's ministries, Bible studies, and outreach programs.Collaborate with church staff, volunteers, and leadership to implement the church's vision and goals.Engage with the local community and represent the church in community events and activities.

Qualifications:

Formal seminary training from an accredited institution is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of pastoral experience is preferred.Strong biblical preaching and teaching skills.A heart for discipleship and spiritual growth.Commitment to evangelism and community outreach.Compassionate pastoral care and counseling abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with church leadership and members.Alignment with Southern Baptist beliefs and practices.Management experience is preferred
