Pastor, under God, is the spiritual leader of the church.

Job Description

The pastor is to plan, prepare and preach sermons to the church on Sundays.

The pastor is to lead the membership in all activities and mission of the church.

Qualifications for all pastors ae found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.

He must accept and practice the statements of faith as outlined in The Baptist Faith and Message.

Be an ordained minister of the gospel with a degree, preferably a Masters, from an accredited Southern Baptist Seminary.

Be an active member in good standing of a Southern Baptist Church.

Prefer he have previous pastoral experience.
