The Senior Pastor is the spiritual leader of the church who reflects the character of Christ privately and publicly. He is to proclaim the gospel, teach the Bible, and wholeheartedly serve the Lord. The pastor should be able to clearly communicate God's vision for the short and long-term future of Hamlin. He is to engage in pastoral care and provide leadership to both paid staff and volunteers with humility and grace. The pastor will help shepherd the body of believers in the development of ministries to reach a lost world, build relationships, and grow their faith as part of the Hamlin family.
