Hopewell First Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a full time Senior Pastor for our church whom God has called to serve. Hopewell is a rural church located in Hampton County at 6404 Hopewell Road. The church is approximately five miles south of Hampton, SC.
We are members of the South Carolina Baptist Convention and the Allendale-Hampton Baptist Association. Hopewell is searching for a pastor who meets the qualifications in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. The candidate must adhere to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. The church would prefer applicants to have 3-5 years of experience in a pastoral position. It is preferred that the applicant have at least a bachelor's degree in Divinity or Theology form an SBC seminary or an accredited university aligned with the SBC.
