Position Overview:Judson Missionary Baptist Church seeks a full-time pastor who will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a visionary perspective to our congregation. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering spiritual growth, invigorating our outreach initiatives, and guiding our community towards a renewed future.

Responsibilities:– Provide biblical teaching and preaching consistent with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message– Lead and shepherd the congregation with compassion and integrity– Develop and implement strategies for growth and outreach, particularly focused on youth and families– Cultivate a welcoming and engaging church environment

Qualifications:– Strong belief in the inerrant, infallible, and inspired Word of God– Proven experience in pastoral ministry and church leadership– Ability to inspire and engage the congregation
