Job Overview

KICC is seeking our next Senior Pastor to serve our growing church community of around 200-250 weekly attendees. The ideal candidate will have experience of living and working cross-culturally. They will also be able to navigate the unique dynamics of a socio-economically and theologically diverse congregation.

KICC's mission is to operate as a community of believers called to glorify God through the teaching of the Bible, corporate worship, fellowship, and encouraging one another to seek and serve God through Jesus Christ.

Job Description

Key duties and responsibilities:

Regular teaching of the congregation and involvement in church services

Active participation as an ex-officio member of the KICC Board

Encouraging and empowering key ministry leaders within the church

Overseeing and executing the administration of the church through appropriate staff and

volunteer-leadership teams

Strategic leadership and planning to guide KICC in accomplishing its mission and vision

Overseeing the pastoral care needs of the congregation, including encouraging others

through hospital visits, home visits, counselling, and conducting marriages and funerals
