We are also service minded, participating in local service projects, disaster relief, and annual trips to Honduras to support a ministry there. Job Description
Lead pastor role Living Hope Fellowship is looking for a godly man to provide vision, as well as spiritual and strategic leadership, for the church in partnership with the elders and ministry team leaders. Responsibilities The Lead Pastor responsibilities will be discussed during the pastoral interview. Qualifications A man who: • demonstrates a strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ and lives a life marked by integrity, humility, and the fruit of the Spirit • believes the Bible is the final authority for life and godliness (led by the Holy Spirit's guidance) and is able to preach and teach from the Word • meets the requirements for pastoral ministry, as outlined in 1 Tim 3:1-13, Titus 1:6-9, and 1 Peter 5:1-4 • has a track record of faithfulness to Christ, as well as solid ministry training and experience • has the calling, the gifts and the grace of God to be a lead pastor in a local church • is highly relational and able to work well with the elders, ministry team leaders and members of the congregation • is aligned with LHF's beliefs, goals, values, and mission • is willing to align with Hopewell Network and work with the network leaders
• is willing to work bi-vocationally, as this is a part time position entailing 3 days a week and Sunday morning. • is able, with the full support of his family, to integrate into a rural community

Initially it began as an outreach ministry to the local children • The church is debt free and has an adequate sanctuary and parking area, space for children's ministry, kitchen and an auxiliary building • Led by an elder team of three men, along with a good number of competent ministry leaders • Average attendance at the Sunday morning service is 70 people • Physical address is 3299 Route 4008, Forksville PA 18616 *Pay will be commensurate with experience and the amount of time the pastor can give to minister to Living Hope Fellowship and the community.
