Senior Pastor Job Description New Hope Community Church is seeking a full-time pastor called to lead our congregation's mission in loving God, loving others, and serving our world. We are in a sub-urban, rural, town on the southeast edge of the Mojave Desert. Our previous Senior Pastor of 34 years has retired, and we are looking for a Senior Pastor that meets the following requirements.

· Lives out the scriptures found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9 · Qualified to lead our staff and congregation · Committed to preach the Word of God · Dedicated to minister to those in need · Passionate about reaching the lost · Skilled in leadership development · Demonstrates an unswerving devotion to the Lord
