Plum Creek Baptist Church, located just south of Louisville Ky, is prayerfully seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to shepherd, lead and serve our community and congregation. Plum Creek Baptist Church is a multi-generational church located in rural Waterford, Kentucky. We are a traditional, evangelical, missions-minded congregation committed to worship, discipleship and proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ and we are seeking a Pastor with this same vision. Plum Creek will provide a home for you and your family just a few minutes up the road in a nice little community to live and grow your ministry. Our new Pastor should be a man of God who is a confident, creative and dynamic leader; a man who is ready to serve and equip our church to make disciples of all generations and all people, while also remaining sensitive to the culture and personality of the church. He should be a man who is called to lead and serve in accordance with biblical principles and the 2000 Baptist Faith & Message. His primary responsibilities will be to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, teach the Bible, engage in pastoral ministries, and provide oversight to all areas of church life and ministerial staff.
