Princeton Baptist Church is seeking a full time Senior Pastor to oversee the life and direction of the church. He will provide leadership, be a guiding force and Godly example for the congregation. The best candidate will have the following attributes:

Responsibilities will include preaching and teaching, strategic leadership and planning, staff supervision and development, administrative oversight and community outreach.
Education and Experience:
Minimum education should include a Bachelor's Degree in a Ministry related field of study. In addition, the candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of pastoral experience.
