Shiloh Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a full-time Pastor with strong leadership qualities, a heart for seeking the lost and helping believers grow in their faith. Deliver engaging, Holy Spirit-filled sermons that align with the Holy Bible and The Baptist Faith and Message. Provide pastoral care and counseling to congregation members in times of need. Lead and coordinate worship services, working closely with the worship team and deacons. Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of church ministries. Hold regular staff meetings to coordinate ministries. Support, oversee and evaluate staff performance of duties. Oversee the spiritual health of the church. Plan community activities and lead community outreach. Must have a degree in Theology, Biblical Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution and be ordained and licensed as a pastor under Baptist standards. Proven experience in pastoral ministry, spiritual leadership and community engagement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in organizational and administrative tasks.
