Statement of Faith
We affirm the Holy Bible as the inspired word of God and the basis of our beliefs. The church ascribes to the doctrinal statement of "Baptist Faith and Message" as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention. In 2000, with the understanding that any such man-made document must not be interpreted in contradiction to the written Word of God, and that any such statement of faith may be subject to change from time to time as needed to bring it more fully into line with the teachings of Scripture. We voluntarily band ourselves together as a body of believers in Jesus Christ, personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation to lost mankind. The ordinances of the church are believer's baptism and the Lords Supper.
