The First Baptist Church of Crawfordville, Florida (FBCC) is a traditional Southern Baptist Church and is seeking an ordained Southern Baptist Pastor who stands on the Bible as the Word of God and closely aligns himself with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000.

Preferably, the candidate should possess a minimum of a Master of Divinity degree from an accredited seminary, or divinity school. The candidate should have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate spiritual truths effectively to everyone, non-believers, new believers, and mature believers.

The pastor will lead the congregation and guide its organizations and church staff in performing their duties. He will also serve as an ex-officio member of all committees and organizations in the church.

The pastor candidate will be required to pass a background check.
