The Way Church has spent the last year laying a foundation for a healthy church with a newly ratified constitution and established board of elders. Our church believes in the value of expositional preaching, baptistic administration of the ordinances, clear church membership, and a reformed soteriology. The Way Church is looking for a bi-vocational pastor to not only plug into this vision, but to lead the charge through the preaching of the word and faithful shepherding of the flock.

We currently have limited the position to bi-vocational due to size of our congregation (40-50 members), but would hope to grow large enough make said role full-time if feasible.

Responsibilities:

• • Preach 40/52 weeks out the year
  • Provide administrative support
  • Attend monthly elder meetings
  • Attend Sunday morning gathering, Wednesday afternoon gatherings, and miscellaneous small groups/bible studies
