In Your Role... You Will:

• Shepherd and lead our congregation of various age groups
  • Regularly meet with members to provide pastoral care such as discipleship and counsel to members of all age groups.
  • Work in conjunction with our worship leader to lead our Sunday morning gatherings, which will include preaching.
  • Work alongside our board of deacons to help see to the immediate needs of the church.
  • Work in conjunction with our children's ministry director to shepherd our youth when needed.
  • Plan, as you see fit, ministry opportunities which may include outreach events for our community and in-reach events for our church.
  • Conduct membership interviews for prospective members.
  • Serve as a pastor and elder of the church, carrying out general shepherding duties as a part of the pastoral staff.

Job Description

A biblically qualified pastor as described in key passages such as 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9, leading in the spirit of 1 Peter 5:1-4 and in the purview of Acts 20:28. This person will shepherd God's people with a heart for pastoral care, biblical teaching, and the mission of making disciples.
