**  Lead the congregation, elders, deacons and staff to fulfill the Great Commission

**  Preach and Teach, manage the preaching/teaching ministry

**  Oversee the various ministries of VCABQ

**  Represent the congregation in ABQ, and in Vineyard ministries/groups
