Small Groups Director
Job Overview
Why Paradox Right Now?
The Paradox Church exists to saturate Fort Worth with the glory and grace of Jesus.
Fort Worth is one of the fastest-growing cities in the US. It has a vibrant Western culture and a supportive community of entrepreneurs and artists. It has small-town charm PLUS every big-city amenity.
We believe that God has called us to be a church-planting hub in the middle of the 12th largest city in the US and to keep preaching his Gospel and pushing back darkness until Jesus returns and makes all things new.
Who Works at Paradox?
You should work with people who you like, respect, and trust.
From our Executive Pastor James Lepine:
When I think about the rockstars on our team... the "A" players... they are driven and passionate... they ask for forgiveness, not permission... they dream big.
They're talented, for sure. But they also chase hard after the Spirit of God, knowing that if we seek first his kingdom... everything else will be added.
They have a big vision because we serve a big God. They pray big prayers, work hard, and leave everything better than when they found it. And they aren't afraid to get their hands dirty to figure something out.
Does that sound like you?
