Our typical Sunday services are attended by 170-190 members. We are committed to glorifying God through prayer, worship, discipleship, evangelism, missions, and fellowship. Currently, our worship services are more traditional with occasional contemporary praise and worship songs. The members of Mount Carmel are dedicated to the principles and doctrine of the Bible. We believe the Southern Baptist doctrine of the following: the Bible is foundational authority, the sole path to salvation is a personal faith in Jesus Christ, and believers' baptism by immersion. We stand by the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. Our church family is a well-rounded body of believers that spans a variety of generations from young children and families to senior adults.Our previous two pastors served a combined total of 49 years.
