Job summary: the Student and Family Pastor will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive ministry for middle and high school students and their families. Responsibilities include: Be faithful for regularly scheduled services. Communicate with the pastor in developing an educational program for students. Enlist and oversee student leadership team. Give leadership in planning student ministry activities such as outreach, camps, retreats and fellowships. Develop and maintain relationships with students and their families. Actively participate in the Church's outreach programs. Prepare an annual student ministry budget and administer the approved budget. Be accountable to the pastor Requirements: Have a testimony that reflects Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Have a passion for ministry to students and their families. Have a willingness to be a team player with other staff members. Full-time salary commensurate on experience and a parsonage is also available.
