Youth and Worship Pastor

Grace Southern Baptist Church (GSBC) of Virden, IL is seeking a Youth Pastor to lead the discipleship and development of our student ministry grades 6 through 12.

The mission of GSBC is to make disciples who glorify God and serve Him. As such, GSBC believes that the discipleship of our youth is a sacred stewardship of our church.

Qualifications

• Must have a firm foundation upon the Word of God.
• Must live a life that is exemplary and above reproach.
• Must be in agreement with the doctrines of GSBC.

Duties

• Promote and equip students in discipleship.
• Lead music during Sunday morning worship.
• Supervise and equip any relevant leaders, teachers, or volunteers.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to North Mac students.
• Plan and maintain the annual ministry budget.
• Communicate regularly with the senior pastor.

Salary: $60,000
