This is an amazing opportunity for someone with a heart for middle and high-school students, a passion for leading students to engage in a growing, dynamic relationship with Jesus, and for motivating them to reach others with the Gospel. You should have a calling to serve in student ministry, as well as the education and experience to do so in a way that honors and pleases the Lord. You need a strong work-ethic, excellent communication and relationship skills, be well organized, and have an in-depth understanding of ministry with middle and high school students and their families.

We have a strong student ministry for our county, with an average of 65-75 students participating each Wednesday evening during the school year. A good group of adult volunteers also are involved. Worship is led by a student praise team. The right candidate will build upon the foundation we have to develop a life-impacting student ministry that will touch the students of our county.
