Job Overview

Spiritually feed the Meadow Brook students through gospel-centered, biblical teaching in both large-group and small-group settings. Guide the Meadow Brook students to participate in God’s mission for his people by applying the vision of Meadow Brook Baptist Church to the student ministry. Oversee all youth and college programs and activities, including Sunday school, Bible studies, worship gatherings, mission projects, activities, camps, and retreats. Cooperate with the Pastor and other staff members to promote the overall vision and mission of Meadow Brook Baptist Church.

Job Description

The job requirements are:

· a love for Jesus Christ

· Gifted and called to youth ministry

· Full support of and adherence to Meadow Brook’s Child and Student Safety Procedures

· An engaging teacher with the ability to clearly and accurately convey the gospel

· A lifestyle that reflects an authentic commitment to Christ and can be modeled by youth and parents/caretakers

· Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organization, and communication skills. Energetic, creative, and dependable with a positive attitude.

· A Master’s degree, or willingness to pursue one, from an accredited seminary or Bible college

· Doctrinal alignment/agreement with the church
