Northside Baptist Church in Tifton, GA is seeking a full time student pastor responsible for leading the middle school and high school ministry. This includes intentional discipleship of students through evangelism and teaching, developing student leaders, enlisting and equipping adult volunteers to assist with the ministry, planning events to encourage relational and spiritual growth among the students, and planning yearly events such as mission trip, student camp and retreat. Northside has an average worship attendance of 450 on Sunday mornings with an average of 45-50 students regularly involved in student ministry and activities. There is one high school in Tift Count, 2 middle schools, and a private school that has both high school and middle school students. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of student ministry experience and have a seminary degree or be working toward seminary training.
