Village Baptist Church in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor to lead a vibrant and growing student ministry. With a church body of over 2,500 members, the youth ministry currently serves approximately 80 students and is supported by 15 adult leaders and 15 student leaders. The ideal candidate is a gospel-centered, relational leader with a clear calling to disciple students, equip volunteers, and partner with families to cultivate lasting faith. Responsibilities include leading weekly gatherings, retreats, and outreach events; discipling and developing both students and adult leaders; and fostering a culture of spiritual growth and leadership. Candidates should have prior youth ministry experience, strong communication skills, and theological training (ministry education is preferred).
