Student Ministries Director Community Covenant Church – Eagle River, Alaska About Us Community Covenant Church (CCC) is a growing, Christ-centered church nestled in the Chugach Mountains, just minutes from Anchorage. Our mission is to bring Christ's hope, healing, and wholeness to our community and to our world. We're a family on mission together, and we want students to know, love, and follow Jesus in ways that shape their whole lives. The Role We're looking for a Student Ministries Director to lead our middle and high school ministry (grades 6–12). This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to disciple the next generation, build relationships that matter, and equip young people to live out their faith with passion and purpose. You'll get to: – Create weekly gatherings where students connect, worship, grow in God's Word, and have fun. – Build meaningful relationships with students in the church, on school campuses, and in the community. – Lead retreats, service projects, mission trips, and a summer VBS (with our Children's Ministry Director). – Partner with parents by offering resources, encouragement, and support as they disciple their students. – Recruit and invest in a team of volunteers who love students and want to serve alongside you. – Collaborate with our staff and with Covenant Youth of Alaska, engaging in ministry across the state.

What We're Looking For We'd love to talk with you if you are: – A Christ-centered leader with a deep love for students and Scripture. – Relational, approachable, and passionate about discipleship. – A strong communicator who can inspire students and volunteers. – A team player with leadership experience in youth ministry. – Organized, self-directed, and able to balance fun with spiritual depth.

Preferred: A bachelor's degree in a related field and prior ministry experience.
