Job Overview

The Student Ministry Pastor's primary purpose is to equip, empower, and build on the existing team of Ministry partners who guide students toward maturity in Christ by sharing the truth of the gospel through trusting relationships.

Job Description

• Outreach and Evangelism: Daily involvement in community school campuses and community student events.
• Leadership and Development: Recruit, inspire, and equip teams of adult coaches to disciple students.
• Organization and Discipleship: Oversee the growth and direction of all Middle School and High School ministry environments.
• Mission and Vision: Live out the mission of Connections Student Ministry and strive to realize the current vision statement.
• Team and Partnership: Partner with Leaders of other ministries to disciple families and connect the student ministry with the overall church.
• Ministry Strategy and Budget: Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of the annual ministry plan.
