Student Ministry Director

Job Overview

Oaks Students is a growing ministry for both middle school and high school students at The Oaks Community Church. Our mission is to guide young people into the fullness of life Jesus offers by helping them understand their identity and purpose in Christ (Eph. 2:1–10; Rom. 12:1–2; Col. 2:6–7). The Student Ministry Director will lead a team of volunteers to cultivate a ministry that is fun, relational, and gospel-centered.

This leader will establish meaningful relationships with fellow leaders, students, and families; create a welcoming environment where students are known and feel like they belong; and consistently point them to Jesus through clear, faithful teaching of God's Word. The ideal candidate is a warm, approachable disciple-maker who can connect with teenagers, teach the Bible in an engaging and age-appropriate way, and build a healthy volunteer culture in partnership with parents and the wider church.
