The Student/Next Generations Minister of FBC Clinton serves under the direction of the Senior Pastor and Personnel Committee. This dual role carries a primary identity as the Student Pastor overseeing all ministries from 7th to 12th grade. As such, most of the time commitment and focus (roughly 80/20) is focused on student ministry. The NextGen Minister aspect of this role seeks to develop and maintain an overarching vision for the spiritual development of all our age-graded ministries that is both biblical and aligned with the Discipleship Pathway of FBC. Special intentionality will be given to equipping parents/guardians to be the primary spiritual influencers in their homes.
