First Baptist Church of Gillette is seeking a full-time Student Pastor to lead and grow our middle school and high school student ministries. We are a growing gospel-centered church in beautiful southwest Florida. We have a passion for discipleship and the next generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and teach engaging weekly gatherings for students (grades 6–12).Build discipleship focused relationships with students, parents, and adult volunteers.Organize and lead camps, retreats, mission trips, and outreach events.Develop and disciple student leaders and volunteers.Partner with families to support spiritual growth in the home.Work collaboratively with church leadership to align student ministry with the overall mission and vision of the church.
Qualifications:
A clear calling to student ministry and a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.A bachelor's degree in ministry, theology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Previous experience leading in student ministry (preferred).Strong communication and organizational skills.Agreement with the beliefs and values of First Baptist Church of Gillette and the Baptist Faith and Message.
