A dynamic fast-growing Phoenix area church is seeking a leader to move a growing student ministry forward to greater heights. We are a Southern Baptist Church with an average attendance of 500 including 40+ students. The ideal person is a dynamic, innovative leader who has experience and skills in team building, volunteer recruiting and training, and organization. This person has a passion for leading students, works to strengthen families, and has great interpersonal skills when working with parents and students.

Responsibilities:

• Ÿ disciple/mentor students 7th-12th grades
• Ÿ recruit and train volunteers
• Ÿ plan events
• Ÿ oversee ongoing student ministries

Qualifications:

• Ÿ Biblically sound.
• Ÿ minimum of 3 years' experience
• Ÿ college degree
